Located in an area of Florida defined by heritage
oaks, gently rolling hills and the slow moving
Chipola River, the Airpark promises a special
sense of time and place. Time moves slower
here and people talk to each other more.
The turf runway is the center of the airpark, with
every lot in Phases One and Two facing the
runway. A community building with a kitchen, an
elevated deck, a screened patio, and an
observation tower is designed to bring neighbors
together.
The property is being developed with respect for the
environment we enjoy, with a minimum of hard
surfaces.
